initial evaluation
Our initial evaluations are completed in-person in order to ensure a thorough external and internal assessment and answer all of your questions.
customized plan
After your assessment, I will create a customized plan that can include a set number of in-office visits, home exercises, and support through our app.
on-going sessions
Based on findings we will discuss your prognosis, and develop a plan for recovery. Frequency of sessions will depend on your personal goals for recovery, and your schedule. Telehealth check-ins are available for flexibility, and to ensure you are progressing with your pelvic program.

Emily graduated from Auburn University and then received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of St. Augustine. During her graduate program, she was immediately drawn to pelvic floor physical therapy and hasn’t looked back. Now, with over 10 years of experience, she believes the pelvic specialty has improved her ability to treat all clients in a "full-system approach." She is passionate about meeting her clients where they are and guiding them through a journey of prevention, healing, and wellness.
