meet emily

After working in the outpatient setting for nearly ten years, Emily Sasser, PT, DPT, recognized the importance of working with clients one-on-one. She believes that regardless of the diagnosis, it greatly benefits an individual to have the option for private, comprehensive care. Emily considers herself an ortho-pelvic physical therapist. Her pelvic specialty has improved her ability to treat clients in a more "full-system approach." She is passionate about meeting her clients where they are and coaching them through a journey of prevention, healing, and wellness. As a mom of three, Emily recognizes the need for a simplified approach to daily movement for a healthy life. Essential Movement focuses on a collaborative, holistic approach to care, and helps educate clients on how to best be their own advocates.
